All of our Ingredients are sourced in the USA. Our commitment to the environment means our products are cruelty-free, contain minimal plastic, and are produced utilizing on-site solar power. Pure Genuine means all natural, no artificial colors or fragrances, no goopy chemical thickeners.

Who is this Jasper Kravitz character?
In the 1800’s a loose knit band of roving homeopathic pharmacists loaded up their covered wagons and traveled from town to town across America. Stocked with essential oils, medicinal herbs and strong liquors, these gypsy healers promised to cure “whatever ails you”. The foundation of their solutions was a strong percentage of grain alcohol. Known as “snake oil salesmen”, they offered cures which were frequently derided by more traditional doctors. However, there was some small basis in the disinfecting properties their solutions offered. Indeed, they were “guaranteed to make you feel better”.
Why Pure Genuine?
Commercial hand sanitizers typically consist of at least 60% alcohol, with the remaining ingredients being mostly water, chemical thickeners and dyes, and artificial fragrances. While they certainly kill germs and are cheap to manufacture, they also are very harsh on your skin. Our recipe is designed to nurture with vitamin E oil, organic botanical essential oils, and a very high percentage of pure aloe vera. We have no use for colorful chemical dyes,fake chemical fragrances, oranimal-derived ingredients. We use Organic Botanical Essential Oils selected for their antiseptic properties and refreshingly light aroma.Jasper Kravitz leaves your hands clean and smelling fresh.
Our hand wash is basically clear and is not a gel. Most commercial hand sanitizer brands bulk up their product by using chemically derived acrylate cross-polymer thickeners. These have been found to cause eye irritation, respiratory tract irritation if inhaled, and worst of all – dermatitis! Natural aloe vera is not thick, so it absorbs quickly into the skin providing restorative nourishment which counters the drying effect of the alcohol.Our product dries clean and leaves no sticky residue. Jasper Kravitz Lemongrass Cleansing Hand Wash – Antioxidant and antifungal, lemongrass has an invigorating, floral citrus scent. Traditionally used to heal wounds and prevent infection, research has shown that lemongrass essential oil is effective against drug-resistant bacteria, including those that cause skin infections.
Jasper Kravitz Cedarwood Cleansing Hand Wash – Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, cedarwood has a camphoreous top note with balsamic, woody undertones. Cedarwood helps to improve cerebral activity, enhance concentration, relax the body, decrease hyperactivity, ease tension and reduce stress. Its pleasant earthy scent is used as a natural deodorant.
Jasper Kravitz Eucalyptus Cleansing Hand Wash – Highly antiseptic and relaxing, eucalyptus has minty, piney notes with a honey undertone. Eucalyptus has long been a household remedy for treating the flu, fever, sore throat and muscle and skin ailments.
Jasper Kravitz Tea Tree Cleansing Hand Wash – Astringent, antibacterial and disinfecting, tea tree has light camphor and minty notes. Tea tree essential oil has a wide variety of medicinal applications. It is most often used to heal skin ailments such as psoriasis, promote wound healing, and reduce scarring from acne and injuries. Traditionally used as a natural hand sanitizer, Tea tree has been shown in studies to kill E. coli, H. influenza, and S. pneumonia.
Jasper Kravitz Unscented Cleansing Hand Wash – For people who may be sensitive to fragrances, our unscented hand sanitizer contains all of the skin-nourishing aloe and vitamin E oil as our scented products. For folks who prefer their hands to smell like hands.

Our manufacturing facility in Raleigh derives much of its energy from on-site Solar production.
